Michelle Sedlacek joined Flourish Wealth Management as Director of Operations to enhance our current services and processes along with leading new initiatives and strategic opportunities. She will oversee and execute these initiatives with a focus on enhancing the client and team experience. She excels in understanding how the moving parts work together and helping to make sure they are all moving in the right direction as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Michelle embraces the opportunity to integrate project management, leadership, collaboration, and efficiency. This position leverages her operations and compliance experience in a leadership role at a rapidly growing firm with an entrepreneurial environment.

After earning a business degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Michelle began her financial services career with Charles Schwab. She was able to gain exposure to different areas of the wealth management industry by working directly with clients, then adding supervisory and compliance oversight skills. To support these efforts, Michelle earned a Master’s Degree at DeVry University and then an MBA at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Michelle joined Flourish as the Director of Operations because she resonated with the firm’s passion and awareness of social and environmental issues. She is also excited to work at a female-owned firm with a leader who has accomplished great things while lifting those around them. 

Michelle lives in Maple Grove with her husband Pete, along with their dog Roscoe.
