Flourish brought back our monthly Lunch & Learns where each team member takes a turn leading the time together. This month Michele Lenz shared a topic originally inspired by the book The Four Agreements which highlights:

Michele found a Tedx talk by Frederik Imbo on “How Not to Take Things Personally”. We had a fascinating conversation and loved hearing insights from each other on how this concept can apply to both our professional and personal lives.
